  1. I got my EON card now, and I can log-in to their site. However, I can’t add me EON to PayPal, any idea on how to solve this sir?

  2. Hi clarence – When you say that you “can’t add it” what do you mean? Paypal won’t let you add it? What kind of error message are you getting? By the way, do you have some money in the account (the eon account)? You need to have at least a few hundred pesos in the account before you will be able to add it to Paypal, because Paypal will make a charge against the card (which will later be refunded).

  3. I can’t add my EON card on PayPal.
They always telling me to contact UB Customer Service for my problem to be solved. Thus, UB told me that there are no restrictions in my account. I once emailed PayPal and they told me that the problem is with UB. getting confused now…arrgghh

I deposited around 300 bucks on my account already.

  4. Hi clarence – Hmm… that situation doesn’t sound good. Union is blaming Paypal, Paypal is blaming Union! Sorry to say, but I don’t know what to advise you on this one. I know that my EON works great with Paypal.

  5. Thanks for the information. Great help! :) I just registered for an EON online application.

  6. hello there!

I just got my EON card and I’m done creating an account in Paypal. But, I can’t add my EON card in paypal. I keep getting the message,
“This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer’s customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.”

    what should I do?

  7. Hi Bob!

I have this problem with unionbank too… I can’t log-in to my eon account… I acquired my eon card 2months ago, it works fine and I’ve been able to withdraw money from paypal already… it’s just that I would also like to view my online eon account so that I can track whether the money I withdrew from paypal already arrives in my UB account. It’s a bit hassle (especially on emergency situations) to wait for 4days to be sure that my money is ready to be withdrawn. I’ve actually addressed this problem to Unionbank itself, I’ve sent them an email twice already but I’ve never recieved a reply from them. any resolution to this?
