Oh, how I’ve heard and read about the problems encountered in the area of customer service – especially in the Philippines. It seems as though the phrase, “Sorry, no stock,” has become the by-word in this regard. Yes, there may be some problems in this regard in some Philippine locations, but it’s not isolated to the Philippines. Having left the Philippines for a vacation in the United States, my wandering about has resulted in some surprising observations. In short: the Philippines is not alone when it comes to customer service problems.
